Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to KAMINOTECH, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required.


Please give us a call or email at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

  • Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
  • If an appointment is rescheduled 3 individual times you will be placed on a walk-in basis only.
